About the product
Feliz Navidad sweaters are built to last. We use imported yarn with the perfect balance between softness and durability. And because they're knitted, the design isn't just a print — it's the sweater itself.
That's what makes them special, but it also means they need a little care. They're not Iron-Man's armor.
Situations not covered by warranty & how to handle them
If you're careful when washing, your Feliz Navidad won't shrink or fade. We speak from experience — we've been wearing ours for years and they're still in great shape.
How to wash
Hand wash with cold water and mild soap. To dry: squeeze gently, turn inside out and lay flat in the sun horizontally.
This happens when a sharp object catches the knit: necklaces, rings, keychains, your pet's "gentle" scratches.
How to prevent it
On days you wear a Feliz Navidad (great days), avoid necklaces or rings with sharp edges that could snag the sweater.
Got a snag? Easy fix
If you can't fix it yourself, we can help you at any of our stores.
Our sweaters don't stretch or shrink. They simply adapt to your body shape, just like a pair of jeans. The only way they can lose their shape is through a heat source.
How to prevent it
Keep it away from hot water, tumble dryers and irons. Always dry flat, never hanging.
Of all the threats, this is the least serious. Pilling occurs in all knitted garments when the yarn is rubbed under pressure for an extended period.
How to prevent it
Don't sleep in your Feliz Navidad — body weight creates pressure, and shifting in bed creates friction. The same can happen with a heavy backpack pressing against the sweater on a long hike.
How to fix it
It's a normal part of wearing a knitted garment, like the crease that forms on a sneaker after you start wearing it. If you still want to remove it, a fabric shaver does the trick.
