EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS

- Our exchange policy lasts for 30 calendar days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

- To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

- To complete your exchange or return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- The price considered for exchanges or returns is the one stated on the purchase invoice.

- Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of the exchange.

 

Sale Items (Where Applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchanges or returns. Products purchased on sale (e.g., discount coupons, 3-for-2, 2-for-1, special sale events, Cyber Monday, etc.) are not covered by a warranty and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 

Refunds (Where Applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

Exchanges (Where Applicable)
We only replace items that are factory defective or damaged within 10 days of purchase and were not bought with a discount. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

 

Return or Exchange Shipping

If you are located outside Buenos Aires City, you must send the item to Av Córdoba 4517, Capital Federal, 1414, Argentina, after coordinating with us in advance.

If you are in Buenos Aires City, you can visit our stores to make the exchange, after prior coordination with us.

For exchanges from Greater Buenos Aires and the rest of Argentina, we will cover the cost of shipping the product back to us. However, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
